Chronology of cameras Richard

Traduction de Manuel M

This camera distributed by “Richard” (Swiss) was manufactured by Goldammer.
A mention “Made in Germany US-Zone” specifies that it was it in the south-eastern part of the West Germany or West Berlin. The western sectors of Germany profited until 1952 from the Marshall plan. This one provided that the goods manufactured within this framework profit from an outlet facilitated on the US market. It was not the case of the goods manufactured in the Soviet zone of occupation, which quickly became GDR.

To use it, it is initially necessary to pull and lock the metal tube carrying the optical unit and the shutter.
