Le Pygmée n°3 est une version stéréoscopique du Pygmée n°1 ou 2. Il donne sur une plaque 45 x 107 mm, deux vues 4 x 5 cm.
D'après la description dans la publicité, on devine un appareil complexe (on dirait de nos jours "en module") capable de faire l'inversion négatif / positif, et aussi de se transformer en visionneuse stéréoscopique.
