Chronology of cameras Ernemann
Traduction Patrick Marot
The model presented here differs from the Ernemann Miniature Klapp by various details:
- The serial number is not visible (it is engraved in the dark room view),
- The flap of protection is straight, its locking is made with a nickel-plated button,
- The screw releasing the horizontal shift is situated below on the right.
This model was delivered with 3 frames in case leather; 1 frame with frosted glass allowing the centering (in spite of the folding view finder) and the focusing (in spite of the scale of the distances engraved on the helical banister of the objective).
It has 2 holding nuts for tripod.
A frame film-pack and a leather bag allowing to welcome the camera and its frames were also available.
It would seem that between 1913 and 1920, Ernemann produced this camera with light variants owing may be to users' remarks or bound to the various lenses equipping them.
