Chronology of cameras Kodak 

This strange device was used to obtain instantaneous photos of CRT displays (computer, ...). The reference of the film used in this camera is: "Kodak Instagraphic Color Print Film".
It was found with a cone suitable for 19 inch screen diagonal. this cone is really huge. Stand upright on a flat surface the camera and the cone is 55 cm high. it is built with semi-rigid plastic. Matte black paint covers its interior to minimize reflections.

A rotational knob (with lock by a screw) under the device is used to indicate the size of the photographed screen and change the position of the shooting lens backward or forward. The setting can focus on screens from 9 to 19 inches.

Marketed from 1983 to 1985, this device has ceased to be produced when Kodak lost its case against Polaroid.
