Ce reflex étonnait lors de la Photokina 1976 par sa petite taille et son poids (fabrication en aluminium).
Son levier d'armement est à un emplacement peu conventionnel sur ce type d'appareil, puisqu'il est encastré à l'arrière du capot. La griffe porte-accessoire est amovible, mais à contact central.
