History of the brand Kinax New window

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand.

Babyflex was manufactured since 1951/52 by Atoms. It is one very basic 6 X 6 cm . Its lens is a meniscus with a distance minimum of shooting of 2,50 meter. The shutter has the exposure B, the 1/25 and the 1/75 secondes. Babyflex has two possible apertures noted 1 and 2. On the shutter there is synchro-flash.

At the same moment, Kinax sold a more serious 6x6, the Kinaflex.

In 1953, Babyflex cost 7965 francs (Caron from Amiens catalogs).
