Le Premo n°9 est d'abord fait pour être utilisé avec des plaques, mais un adaptateur en option permet l'usage du Film-Pack si cher à Premo.
C'est un appareil à soufflet à double extension, dont le dos est pivotant et à bascule, alors qu'à l'avant il y a un décentrement vertical.
