Chronology of cameras Kodak

The 35VR series was launched in 1986, and the S series in 1987. The S100 replaced at least four very ordinary models at the bottom of the 35VR range.

It had a much more robust and attractive design than its predecessors, it came in several colours (as well as black), and it had an F4,5 colour corrected lens.

It was made later in several 'special editions' including the Euro 35 Colors, the Euro 35 Legend, and the slightly modified Euro 35 Elysees.

The S100 and the S900 were made in Hong Kong probably by Haking. Other members of the series were made in Brazil.
