Chronology of cameras Earl

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand

This tiny plastic camera dates from the Fifties. It uses the film Kodak 828 (picture size 1 1/4 X 1 1/2 inches). The customers target was that of the children. The box board announces like sales points:

  • Camera of pocket - only 5 X 7,5 centimeters
  • Solid plastic body
  • Beautiful shaped design
  • Completion in imitation black leather
  • Red plastic film button in advance (what is entirely false, since it is… white)
  • Lens of high quality
  • Focusing fixed easy to use
  • Finder on the eye-level
  • Loading in easy daylight
  • Simplified shutter

Only aim and click!

In 1956, this camera was sold $1.
