Traduction de Sylvain Halgand.

In the range of Kinax “Baby, Cadet, Junior, Major and Senior.”, Cadet is intercalated between the Baby (version basic with meniscus) and Junior (version with same lens, but a more powerful shutter). Cadet has an anastigmat 6,3/100 mm Kior lens. For each model, the unit body/bellows remains the same one. On Cadet, there is however no button of shutter release on the body as it is the case for Junior. On Cadet, speeds of the shutter are B, 1/100, 1/50 and 1/25, whereas on Junior, there is in more the 1/150. The apertures of Cadet go from 6,3 to 22, whereas on Junior, they go up to 32. He is equipped with a synchro-flash.

Kinax Cadet exists with a clear front face or a black front face. There is also a version intended for export.
In 1952, this camera was sold 9140 francs by Photo-Plait.
