The No. 3 Folding Pocket (model F) is very bulky, and can not fit easily in the pocket, despite its name.
We are far from modern devices, where it is enough to aim and trigger. Here, it is necessary to deploy the flap, then extract the bellows. A spirit level allows you to control the plane of the device. The adjustment of the distance is done by moving, thanks to a screw, a stop on a graduated scale. Since the Koïlos shutter does not require any previous arming, it is only necessary to aim by means of an almost blind viewfinder and then to trigger. Meanwhile, the people to photograph have had time to prepare their best smile.
