Chronology of cameras Pentax
The PC-333 and its big brother the PC-555, were presented at the Photokina in 1986. Externally they are very similar, but also look a lot like most other autofocus compacts of the time. The lens is located in the middle of a raised rectangular section, with a widening of the case to form a grip on the left, and a concealed flash on the right. The cameras were carried by a cord on the left hand side. Both are made of black plastic.
The two brothers are both autofocus, but the PC-555 has a better lens. The PC-333 has a 3,5/35 mm with three elements, whilst the PC-555 has a 2,8/35 mm of 4 elements in 4 groups.
