La marque Petri, oubliée de nos jours, sut au cours des années 60 et 70 produire de petits appareils compacts plus ou moins perfectionnés et surtout, plein de qualités. Leur robustesse n'en était pas la moindre. Leur objectif était un 40 mm ouvrant à f/2,8. Le corps entièrement métallique était anguleux, design classique pour l'époque.
