Chronology of cameras Ricoh
This camera appears to be a variant of the Myport 330 Super which Ricoh says was released in April 1995. The specifications given here are those of the RZ-3000 which appears to be another variant of the 330 Super; the major specifications are the same throughout the series.
The central dial provides for off/on, timer, remote release and continuous frames. The end dial provides the following modes: Fixed focus, Auto, Portrait, Action, Infinity (focus), and Super Night (camera focuses on infinity and shutter opens for up to 2 s. Then the camera refocuses on people within 6m, and retakes the shot using flash)
The camera also has a flash control with the following options: Red Eye Reduction, Flash off, Flash on, Slow Synchro, and Slow Sychro with Red Eye Reducton.
