Chronology of cameras Summum

This camera carries no identification, but its attribution to Leullier makes no doubt.
This is a variation even more minimalist than the Spécial since it does not include any vertical shift.
The body is cast aluminum covered with morocco or black lacquered, it shows an absolute rigidity and an excellent finish.
There is no focus. A plate on the top gives the depth of field according to the chosen diaphragm: 6 m at 5.7 - 2 m at 32 while the diaphragm is graduated up to 23!
Lenses are Saphir (No. 19185-19193) marked "Boyer Frères"  which dates them before 1925.
The camera is intended for using single holders, with the possibility of focusing on a ground glass, but can also receive a magazine back.
A spirit level and a Congress type tripod nut are completing the equipment.
