Agfa Silette F

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand

Only the significant difference with Silette II, is the replacement of the clip by a built-in flash (with bulb AG-1) . Its site made disappear the collimated finder. The Agfa logo changed place. In a not very comprehensible way technically, the retarder disappeared. At the back of the camera, a plastic plate presents the table of the aperture to be retained according to the sensitivity of the film and the distance from the subject.

The lens is Agnar 2,8/45 mm the Prontor shutter covers speeds of the 1/30 to the 1/125 secondes. There is a version of this camera for cartridge “ Rapid”. This one uses the 35 standard mm ( 135).

According to the Natkin catalog of 1966, this camera was worth 163 francs.
