Dernière évolution de l'Ermanox, l'Ermanox Reflex fut produit par Ernemann en 1926 et 1927, puis de 1927 à 1930 sous la marque Zeiss Ikon, après la fusion amenant à la création de cette marque.
Le Ermanox Reflex n'existe qu'au format 4,5 x 6. Il fut successivement équipé d'un objectif Ernostar 2,7/9,5 cm, puis d'un Ernostar 1,8/10,5 cm. L'objectif est monté sur une rampe hélicoïdale, comme pour l'Ermanox rigide. Un miroir renvoi l'image de l'objectif vers un dépoli au sommet du corps de l'appareil.
L'appareil est assez lourd, mais pas plus qu'un reflex plus moderne.
