Chronology of cameras Polaroid
The 1000 was released in 1977 and is one of the simplest Polaroid camera and the most widespread one. The only setting is the “Darken/Lighten” button, that's all! It has a 14,6/103 mm aspheric lens. The Cds cell window that controls the exposure is in the axis of the “darken/lighten” button. The parts of this camera were entirely assembled through clipage or glued. The only screw used fixes an electromagnet. The production reached 30.000 cameras a day.
