Chronology of cameras Certo
The Dollina and the Super Dollina are 35mm folding cameras, with the front face moving parallel to the main axis of the camera, and the struts mechanism having an X shape.
Their production began in Germany before the war, then continued in the DDR (East Germany) during the 1950s.

__________
The Super Dollina is a highly improved version of the Dollina. The design is completely revised to integrate the rangefinder as effectively as possible, even though it remains independent of the viewfinder. It wasn't until the post-war Super Dollina II that a unified viewfinder was achieved.
The finish is enhanced compared to that of the Dollina.
On the Super Dollina, a knob located on the right side drives, through a 90° redirect, a threaded rod that moves apart or brings closer the pivot points of the scissors carrying the lens plate. The rangefinder button completes four full turns to cover the entire focusing range. It's precise but not very fast. The rangefinder eyepiece shows only a tiny portion of what will be framed by the 50mm lens. This allows focusing on a specific point and partly compensates for the inconvenience of the two viewfinders. If the rangefinder is image superimposed, the thumbnail is placed at the bottom edge of the complete image and extends beyond the main image. It's uncommon but quite effective.
There's a double exposure prevention device, which is very useful with a separately cocked shutter.
