Chronology of cameras Phenix
The Phenix DN60 is a Nikon-mount SLR camera with manual exposure control.
The shutter speed range is 1 second to 1/2000.
The viewfinder is uncluttered, the displayed information is limited to 3 diodes (correct exposure, over and under exposure).
Focusing is manual with a 45° split screen and a micro-prisms ring.
Multiple exposure is possible via the button at the front of the top cover, below the frame counter.
A newer version exists, still with Phenix DN60 reference. It has a depth of field preview button and the synchro-X socket is no longer under the cocking lever at the back of the top cover but on the front, next to the lens release button.
This newer version can be found under several brands (Kenko KF-1N, Alstar DN60).
