Chronology of cameras Kenko

The Kenko KF-1N was announced during the PIE 2007 (Tokyo Photo Imaging Expo). In January 2013, Kenko was still offering on its website and under its brand four models of SLR cameras for different lens mounts:
- the KF-1N with Nikon mount (silver finish or black finish with KF-1N BK reference)
- the KF-2N with Nikon mount (silver finish)
- the KF-3YC with Yashica / Contax mount (black finish)
- the KF-4PK with Pentax K mount (black finish)

Kenko also developed the KF-M1 specifically for the Japanese distributor Map Camera.
The KF-2N and KF-M1 differ from the other three models in their shutter speed which goes up to 1/4000 (instead of 1/2000).
Unlike the other models, the KF-3YC and KF-4PK do not feature multiple exposures.

Although most of the "KF" series bodies have the model reference engraved on the rear face of the top cover, the KF-1N also exists without engraved reference.
The Kenko KF-1N can be found under the Chinese brand Phenix with the reference Phenix DN60 (2009 version) as well as under the brand Alstar with the reference Alstar DN60.
