Chronology of cameras Butcher
Just before the start of the First World War, the small range of Cameo cameras is topped by the Model II. It is identical to the Model I, except for the components necessary for the double extension of the bellows. When folded, it is slightly thicker so that the bulkier bellows can fit into the camera body.
The lenses and shutters are the same as those of the Model I.
The manufacturing of this model (and thus the Model I) is attributed to the Germans, so it can be assumed that they disappeared from the catalogs quite quickly after 1914, with "Made in England" becoming a priority.
