The 255X launched at the same time as the 155X and the 355X, in 1971. All three were the first 126 Kodak to be profited from the new preparing aluminum of the front face. Its construction will cease in 1977.
The treated lens is one 11/41 mm with fix-focus. Two-speed shutter: 1/40 second and 1/80 second and 5 apertures of adjustable diaphragms.
